Spacious hall of the third restaurant of a friendly family Murakami is filled with light thanks to a glass dome above it. Bamboo stalks stretches towards it top, waiters are gliding noiseless between the tables bathed in light... Plenty of light and greenery create a sense of summer evening on a cottage terrace that is so warm, relaxed, heartful and easy.
And cares of quickly working sushi-masters underline pacification and peace reigning in the hall: a transparent vitrine protects the quests from noise and clutter of the kitchen. However it doesn't conceal perfect movements of experienced cooks which can be watched as an artistic video installation for hours.
